When we started to provide support to pharma and biotech startups, we called our company EVA Consulting. The three letters referred not only to the name of the founder but also to the way her working style was described by former colleagues: Efficient, Versatile, Authentic.

Clients soon started to call our services "EVA WAY", leading us to officially register this brand in 2022. EVA WAY represents holistic, interdisciplinary, and efficient business management tailored to our customer’s needs. Our practical solutions engage the whole team and also instill a sense of purpose within the entire workforce.

Our clients deeply value our ability to bring clarity to regional expansions and our skill in establishing connections between people and organisations. We actively engage and connect all colleagues within an organization, ensuring mutual understanding which results in optimal results. Whenever necessary, we bridge gaps by connecting clients with our network of experts.
